When I was a kid, Thanksgiving was a great celebration. We gathered as a family and spent the day making food, watching football and laughing with each other. Today it seems that Thanksgiving is passed by, once Halloween is over everything seems to be about Christmas. Don’t get me wrong, I love Christmas just as much as the next person! But Thanksgiving is such a wonderful holiday to share with your family to let them how much they mean to you. It’s a great day to think about how much you have in your life and how much your loved ones have done for you so that you can be happy every day. Today I’ve made a collection of 25 books about Thanksgiving to teach kids what this lovely holiday is all about!
