Individual Mini Pizza Bites

Mini Pizza Bites

Pizza is the one food that I can get everyone in the family to eat without whining and funny faces from at least one of the kids!

Making individual pizzas is an even bigger hit than a pizza pie for a few reasons:

-They’re small (and everything is better when you throw the word ‘mini’ in front of it).

-You can customize each person’s pizza to fit their likes & dislikes. (make a few with pepperoni, a few with peppers, some with cheese only…whatever goes!)

-They are great for entertaining. No knives, forks or even plates needed. Just grab one and enjoy!

Now I know you want to make some too, so here is the recipe:

Individual Mini Pizza Bites

1 Can of pizza crust (or you can make your own dough like I do)

1 cup (or so) of sauce

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Toppings of choice

Tools I use:

Pizza Bite Tools to Use

Pampered Chef Brownie Pan (makes the perfect size pizza bites)

Pampered Chef Bakers Roller

Pampered Chef Food Chopper (to chop up toppings such as peppers & onions)

Pampered Chef Pan Scrapers

Instructions:

Roll out your pizza dough with the Bakers Roller. If you have one, use the Pampered Chef Pan Scraper to make squares (or use a knife) and place one square in each of the brownie pan wells. Top with sauce (as much or as little as you want) and cheese. Add on your toppings to your liking, and bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. You can also use the handy Pan Scraper to pop them out of the pan once they’ve cooled off.

Now, here is a special way I made MY pizzas. I cut a bell pepper to form little flower shapes, put some dough inside and topped it off with sauce and cheese. Umm, Bell Pepper Crusted Pizza? Oh yeah! It was delish!

Hello Lauren. Thank you for both pizza ideas. I am not familiar with pizza crust in a can. Would you please state a brand and the grocers that that carries this item? Thank you.

Hi Christine! Pillsbury makes pizza crust in a tube, you can find it with the refrigerated biscuit dough. It should be available at all major grocery chain stores. Hope that helps! -Monika
