Strawberry Fennel Salad with Homemade Vinaigrette
During strawberry season I love to enjoy my favorite berry in all shapes and forms. Sometimes I eat them plain, sometimes I make Strawberry Bread. And sometimes, I make this quick and refreshing salad to add a pop of color and fresh flavor to my dinner table. The fennel offers a satisfying crunch, while the sweet strawberries balance the natural saltiness of the Feta cheese. It comes together in just 15 minutes, so it’s perfect for those busy weeknight meals!
