During Summer I’m always trying to think of new ways to make meals without the oven. Right now the temperature here in Southern California is about mid-80s and it’s only going to get hotter, so anything no-bake is just right! My kids love a good pb&j, but I prefer something with a little bit more flavor. I recently discovered this new Sargento® Sliced Garlic & Herb Cheese and it sounded so good, so I wanted to give a try. I decided to make some turkey rollups with it, and they were a hit with the whole family! We have a few parties coming up this Summer and I’m going to make the rollup bites to serve as appetizers. Yum!

To make rollups, you basically take all of your sandwich makings and roll it up in a tortilla. Easy enough, right? For this recipe, I mixed 1 T mayonnaise and 1 tsp Dijon mustard and then spread it on two small flour tortillas.

Once they are out of the fridge all you have to do is slice it and serve! If you’re making this for a lunch, you can leave the rollup whole and eat it as is too.

I had a bit of the mayo/mustard mixture leftover so I dipped a bite into it, so good! When I make these for my party I will have extra sauce on hand for my guests.

Using the Sargento® Sliced Garlic & Herb Cheese was quite a time-saver, not to mention delicious. I was able to add lots of flavor to my rollups by simply adding a piece of this cheese! These bites are perfect for an easy lunch, or to serve as an appetizer at your next barbecue. All of the ingredients in this recipe can be found at your local Kroger store. Enjoy!
