Last Day of School Questionnaire for Kids
The school year is ending in just a few weeks. Even though this is a really busy time for parents, teachers, and kids, I try to remember to take a few minutes to have my kids fill out their end of year questionnaire. At the beginning of the school year I had them fill out the same paper and it’s always interesting to see how they have changed! Sometimes their favorite subject or book changes, sometimes it stays the same. Either way, it’s a nice memento to keep and show them when they get older.
