Easy Taco Cups

Weeknight dinners can sometimes be a challenge with busy families. If we have a lot going on and I’m short on time I often opt to make tacos because it’s such a quick and easy dinner. But having the same dish each week can get a little boring so I decided to try the same meal we love but with a twist! At first, I thought that these might not be enough of a meal even though I serve them with a side of beans, but they are actually quite filling. Two taco cups and a small serving of beans if more than enough for me! You can add any topping you like – pepper jack cheese, salsa, guacamole, etc. I hope you like this recipe and try it out for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 wonton wraps
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Toppings: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375*
  2. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Press 2 wonton wraps into each cup of the muffin tin.
  4. Cook ground beef according to the taco seasoning packet instructions.
  5. Once the meat is done, fill each of the muffin cups evenly.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the wonton wraps start to brown.
