Breakfast Muffin Recipe
Muffins are an easy breakfast that kids and adult alike can enjoy. This recipe can be adjusted with different fruits or add-ins to suit anyone's taste!

- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c butter, melted
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c diced fruit of choice
Heat oven to 375 degrees and grease or line a 12 muffin tin.
Beat milk, egg, butter, sugars, and vanilla slightly with a whisk.
Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Stir in diced fruit.
Divide batter evenly between the 12 muffins. They may look full because of the fruit, but once the fruit bakes the fruit will reduce in size.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
Yields 12 muffins
