Easy 5 Minute Salsa

With just a few ingredients and 5 minutes of prep, this salsa recipe is a delicious addition anyone's kitchen!

Ingredients
  

  • 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes drained
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/2 a jalapeno seeds and membrane removed
  • 1/4 of a small onion

Instructions
 

  • Cut off the stems of your cilantro just under the leaves, then add to a food processor.
  • Drain the tomatoes slightly, don't worry about removing all of the juice. Just drain as much as you can so the salsa isn't too watery.
  • Next, add the tomatoes to the food processor along with all of the other ingredients.
  • Pulse the food processor a few times until all of the ingredients are chopped. Do not blend or process on full speed or you'll end up with soup! Just a few short pulses will do the trick.
