Method
- Cut off the stems of your cilantro just under the leaves, then add to a food processor.
- Drain the tomatoes slightly, don't worry about removing all of the juice. Just drain as much as you can so the salsa isn't too watery.
- Next, add the tomatoes to the food processor along with all of the other ingredients.
- Pulse the food processor a few times until all of the ingredients are chopped. Do not blend or process on full speed or you'll end up with soup! Just a few short pulses will do the trick.
